The completion of this form will help us to review your application more promptly. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Please note – Due to the costs involved with the care of these birds (such as vet care, food, toys, etc.) we do charge an adoption fee for all of our birds. Typically we don’t adopt out of province or ship birds.
