Age is unknown. Tui is definitely an alpha bird and should be rehomed with bigger birds or alone as she has attacked the other budgies multiple times leaving them injured Tui broke her leg in Dec 2025 and became more aggressive since then, everything healed well though Tui can be loving, giving kisses and wanting hand baths in the sink and sitting on your shoulder. It’s always on her terms though. She can listen to step up, but sometimes she’s stubborn She needs attention as she’s social, just sometimes can be quite nippy. Millet is given also as a reward for going back in her cage which is something that she struggles with. She is adjusting to being in a new cage. As she used to be in Diddy and Apollo’s cage but had to down size her for the move

Diddy and Apollo should be homed together as they are a bonded pair. They’ve never tried to mate and they get along well. They are both molting right now. They listen to the command step up. They love millet and is given as a reward for returning to their cage. Both really sweet personalities, never bitten or attacked another bird. They don’t love human contact and have always been standoffish but will sometimes land on your shoulder or come sit on you!

Really friendly bird! Typical crazy cockatoo antics with a vocabulary! Says "Coco" "hello" (when a phone rings) "hi Coco" "Coco bean" "Beaner". No swearing. Good eater. Very dusty, needs regular misting. Mimics a fire alarm, air raid siren 😳 and whistles a lot. He laughs after he poops on the floor. Will let you know when he’s had enough by bunting you with his beak or a gentle nip. If you hold food up to his beak, he’ll grab it and pretend to throw it. He prefers you hold food or treats up to his left foot so he can grab it. Will make a loud kiss noise when you kiss him!!!

*From a large surrender with one other lovebird and 8 budgies which is requiring longer time for us to learn individual personalities* This little lady is approximately two years old. Despite being a "lovebird", Peach is far from loving anything or anyone, other than Stitch lol. Unfortunately, the two of them are being adopted out separately due to a history of mating, so the ideal candidate would be someone with another female lovebird or budgies for her to bond with. Peach is excellent with smaller birds, currently cohabitating extremely well with budgies and a parrotlet at her foster home. Peach has the potential to occasionally have very loud screams! She is not hand tamed, and prefers other birds over human interaction. She was used to free flying in her previous home, and is labelled as "wild" from her previous home. Peach is on a seed diet and it is highly recommended to provide her with vitamin supplements.

*From a large surrender with one other lovebird and 8 budgies which is requiring longer time for us to learn individual personalities* This beautifully coloured lovebird is approximately two years old. He is extremely timid and not hand tamed. He was hatched into a very high stress breeding environment and therefore displays feather-damaging behaviour. Stitch would do best in an aviary setting with another male lovebird to bond with. He was surrendered with "Peach", however the two of them are needing to be separated due to a history of mating. Stitch will require a lot of time, patience, freedom and love. The potential adoptee will need a strong understanding that Stitch may never become hand tamed, and ideally someone with an open mind who has no expectations. Stitch is on a seed diet, and will require vitamin supplements. It is highly recommended that he gets gently sprayed with a mixture of aloe vera gel and water to assist in feather regrowth and rid of any skin irritations due to plucking.

Kaylee aka KayB is a presumed female Moluccan cockatoo. KB’s foster has been working with her for months and has made great progress. KB is a very intelligent, but complicated cockatoo. She MUST go to a home with extensive bird behaviour knowledge. While she can be cuddly, cute - and entertaining one minute, she can switch at a moments notice. Most of her bad behaviour aka biting comes from putting her in an uncomfortable position and not reading her body language. We are willing to work with any potential adopters to ensure that KayB and her new family have a long and happy life.
